These terms apply to all digital resources purchased or downloaded from DO YOUR ART.

Use of Resources

All resources are protected by copyright and remain the intellectual property of DO YOUR ART.

Purchasers may:

• Download and save the resource for personal use.
• Print copies for personal, educational, community or workshop use.
• Use resources within schools, community groups, arts organisations and similar settings.

Purchasers may not:

• Resell the resource in whole or in part.
• Redistribute the digital file to others.
• Upload the resource to websites, shared drives or resource-sharing platforms.
• Edit, remove or alter copyright information.
• Claim the resource as their own work.

Digital Products

All resources are supplied as digital downloads. No physical product will be shipped.

It is the purchaser’s responsibility to ensure they can access and open the file format provided.

Refunds

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final.

Once a resource has been downloaded or accessed, refunds, returns and exchanges cannot be offered.

If you experience a technical issue accessing your purchase, please contact hello@doyourart.uk and reasonable efforts will be made to assist.

Liability

Resources are provided for educational and creative purposes only.

DO YOUR ART accepts no responsibility for any loss, injury or damage arising from the use of these resources.

Children should be supervised by a responsible adult when using art materials, tools or equipment.
